The Human Resources Department is responsible for:

•  the development and administration of policies and procedures that will enable the Corporation to recruit, develop and retain the high calibre of staff required to enable the fulfilment of its mandate;
• the development and maintenance of appropriate Safety and Health Policies, and
• Pension Administration.
